COMMUNICATION VIA WHATSAPP: It is essential to have WhatsApp, as this is our main form of contact. Through this application, we will send you the link to complete the online check‑in. ONLINE CHECK‑IN: This process is quick and easy. It involves: entering the details of all occupants, paying any outstanding balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract. By completing the online check‑in, you authorise our agency to charge the deposit to your credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be issued on the invoice for any damages caused. ADDITIONAL COSTS: • Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night • Pets: €25 per animal for the entire stay ARRIVAL TIME: From 15:00 to 22:00 DEPARTURE TIME: Until 10:00 VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments feature an automatic opening and closing system via link or PIN code. Virtual keys will be sent at 08:00 on the day of your reservation, provided the online check‑in has been completed. INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that upon arrival you have an active internet connection and, if travelling from abroad, that your mobile data roaming is enabled.
