Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in. This property offers self-check-in only. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 25 per stay, per pet. ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract. By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge your credit card as a security deposit in case of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always appear on the invoice for any damages caused. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay. ARRIVAL TIME: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM CHECK-OUT TIME: Until 10:00 AM VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system using a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 AM on the day of your reservation, provided the online check-in is completed. INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that you have an internet connection upon arrival and that data roaming is activated if you are coming from abroad, as the electronic system is activated via a link that you will receive through WhatsApp.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
